We hope you love your order. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Carefully repackaged
- Returned with proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns must be approved before being sent.
Return shipping
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
